PRIVACY AND REFUND POLICY

TypeAgent (TA) takes the privacy concerns of its customers very seriously. When you purchase a TA product, we will never sell, share, or barter your personal information with anyone.

From time to time, we may use your personal information for internal marketing and promotional purposes only, and to inform you of updates and changes to the product or service that you have purchased. However, TA will not share your information with any third party.

TA may also verify your serial number and check that you are in compliance with the individual terms of your license by sending your registration code to the TA server through the internet. Absolutely no personal information is ever transmitted from your machine; the only data that is checked is your serial number, your hard disk drive serial number, and the amount of RAM you have installed. By purchasing a TA product you agree that your serial number will be periodically checked to ensure you are in compliance with your license. This process is silent, does not interfere with or slow down your computer, and works in normal use of the product.

REFUNDS AND SHIPPING

TA does not ship merchandise; all purchased products are for DOWNLOAD ONLY. If needed we can ship a CD for an additional cost but this will be the exact same material and product as available via download. Because TA offers an unlimited trial for most of its products, TA does not generally provide refunds. You do not need to purchase any TA product unless you have tried it and are fully satisfied. As such, all purchases of trial software, including TypeAgent apply to the above. We encourage all users to try these products thoroughly before purchasing.

By purchasing a trial product on the TA site, you hereby acknowledge and agree that all sales and charges are final and shall not be subject to refund, dispute or chargeback for any reason. At the discretion of TA, you may be granted an exchange for an equal value to your purchase, which can be used for any other TA product.
